Shipping & Delivery

Each order will be fulfilled and shipped out when all items are ready.

What is the minimum order amount to enjoy free shipping?

  • For orders HK$500 and above, SF Express shipping within Hong Kong is free. Refer to T&C here.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on package actual or volumetric weight, whichever is higher.

How long will it take before I receive my order?

  • For in-stock items, your order will be processed and shipped out in 1-3 business days.
  • For out-of-stock items, your order will be processed for restocking immediately, and shipped out in 2-3 weeks.
  • If out-of-stock item cannot be restocked, we will contact you for replacement of another item or a refund for the out-of-stock item.
  • Shipping transit time will depend on our shipping partners, usually delivered in 1-3 days for Hong Kong; and 3-6 weeks for overseas address.

Where do you deliver to?

  • We currently only offer shipping to within Hong Kong via SF Express and to the Philippines via LBC Express or other freight forwarder of your choice.

How can I track my package?

  • Once the package with your order has been packed and handed over to our shipping partners, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package movement.

Can you ship my order to a SF Store for Self-Pickup?

  • Yes, please refer to the SF Express Store List
  • In the address section during checkout, input the store code first, followed by the Store Address.
  • Once package is ready for pickup, SF Express will send you an SMS message with the pickup code.
  • Due to size/ weight limits, SF Locker Pickup is currently not available for shipment of our products.

Can I ship my order via LBC Express myself?

  • Yes, you can get shipping rates and pay LBC Express directly for your shipments of large carton boxes.
  • Simply select the [LBC Pickup from HKG] shipping method during the checkout process.
  • Once your order is ready, we will contact LBC to pickup your package. LBC staff will contact you to coordinate the next steps.

Can I ship my order via other freight forwarders myself?

  • Yes, you can get shipping rates and pay your preferred freight forwarder directly for your shipments of large carton boxes.
  • Simply select the [Other Forwarders Pickup from HKG] shipping method during the checkout process, and write the name of your selected freight forwarder on your cart as <Order special instruction>.
  • Once your order is ready, we will contact your selected freight forwarder to pickup your package. Who will then contact you to coordinate the next steps.

What happens to my package if it is delivered while I’m not there?

  • SF Express/ LBC Express courier will attempt to contact you/ recipient to rearrange a different delivery time.
  • Please note additional charges may apply to multiple attempts or a change of delivery address.

Can I cancel my order?

  • We can only cancel your order within the first 24 hours or before package has been shipped out, whichever comes first.

Can I return items for a refund?

  • Yes, within 7 days of receiving your order, you must contact us to indicate you want to return your items for a refund.
  • All items for return will be inspected and verified for approval of refund.
  • We only offer partial refunds for approved items, after deducting a 20% restocking fee, and payment processing fee.
  • Shipping costs for returns will be paid by customer.

Can I return items for an exchange?

  • Yes, within 7 days of receiving your order, you must contact us to indicate you want to return your items for an exchange.
  • All items for return will be inspected and verified for approval of exchange.
  • We only offer exchanges for another item of the same or lower value, with difference in value not refundable.
  • Each order can only arrange product exchanges once, please indicate all items for exchanged together.
  • Shipping costs for returns will be paid by customer.

What if I received incorrect/ missing/ defective items?

  1. Within 7 days of receiving your order, you must contact us to indicate you received incorrect, missing or defective items.
  2. Our Customer Service team will request photo evidence to process your case and indicate whether to return your items.
  3. All items for return will be inspected and verified whether eligible for a free replacement.
  4. If the case is approved, the initial returns shipping cost paid by customer will be refunded.
  5. Any replacements will be shipped to original shipping address free-of-charge.
  6. If the received item for returns is found not at fault, no returns shipping cost will be refunded, and no replacement item will be offered. Item can be shipped back to you at your cost.

How do I return the items?

  • Within 7 days of receiving your order, you must contact us to indicate you want to return your items for refund, exchange, or incorrect/ missing/ defective items.
  • Our CS team will follow up with your case and send you a SF returns QR code.
  • Pack all unused and original items for return, including all accompanying accessories, manuals, and original packaging materials.
  • Within 7 days of receiving the QR code, head over to your nearest SF Express store to ship out the package for returns.
  • Returns shipping fees are paid by customers. Each returns case will have to be verified and approved by Halika store before returns shipping fee is eligible for refund.

What are Exceptions/ Requirements for returns?

  • All items for return must be handed over to SF Express within 7 days from issuance of QR code to be eligible for returns processing.
  • No returns for QuickSet Bundles, and electrical appliances.
  • No returns for items with glassware (covers, lids, accessories, or any items with glass materials), unless otherwise approved by Halika store.
  • No refunds for packaging materials, shipping costs, and any additional services (ie. Storage) charged for orders.
  • Items for return must include all accompanying accessories, manuals, and original packaging materials.
  • Items for return must be unused, undamaged, unassembled, and in original state for resale.
  • Items for return are subject to review by Halika store, with any claims to be approved by Halika store before refund or replacement.
  • Items for return not meeting any of the requirements stated in this list will be rejected for refund/ replace, or subjected to additional charges.
  • No returns for items shipped to the Philippines by LBC; or orders picked up by other freight forwarders.
  • Do not send your items back to us without first contacting us and obtaining a returns QR code! Otherwise, items will not be processed.
