Stuffing Service

Send us your items via SF Express at your cost; and we'll help stuff them into your Shipping Box/ Stuff Box for storage or shipping out.

SF Express QR codes will only be sent via email to customers who have:

  1. an active Storage Service in use (min. 1-month)

How to use the Service

  1. Make sure that your order has at least 1-month Storage Service active in use.
  2. Contact us and indicate you'd like to make use of our Stuffing Service.
  3. Check your email for the SF Express QR code 1-3 business days after contacting us.
  4. Pack your items in a plastic bag or carton box, and head over to any SF Express store location.
  5. Handover your items to the SF Express staff and show them the QR code.
  6. The SF Express staff will check and pack your items into a carton box if not already in one.
  7. Pay the shipment cost measured from package box size and weight; payment options include octopus card, credit cards, debit cards, and mobile wallets etc.
  8. Keep the waybill receipt for recording, and track your parcel after 24 hours from drop off.
  9. Allow 1-3 working days for the parcel to reach our warehouse, and we'll let you know once we've received the parcel with your items.
  10. We will stuff your items into the Shipping CTN Box of your order.
  11. Decide to extend your Storage Service for the required period; otherwise, your Shipping Box/ Stuff Box with stuffed items will automatically be shipped out according to the selected delivery method.

Terms & Conditions of Stuffing Service

  1. Each SF Express QR code is single use only, and valid within 30 days upon issue.
  2. Stuffing Service is eligible only to customers who have at least 1-month Storage Service active in use.
  3. Stuffing Service is available only for a 30-Day period starting from final date of payment or date of shipping out your order, whichever comes first.
  4. Stuffing Service availability is extended upon customer's renewal/additional purchase of Storage Service.
  5. Use of SF Express QR code means you have accepted the terms of service as stated by SF Express Hong Kong.
  6. Halika Store will not be liable to any damages to the contents of your items during shipment by SF Express.
  7. List of Product Exclusion apply to all items shipped to Halika Store for stuffing.
  8. Halika Store reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
  9. Halika Store reserves the right of final decision in any disputes.
